As a professional Medical Massage Practitioner and California Board Certified Massage Therapist, I am passionate about the positive effects that massage therapy provides for the body. As a former nurse and with over 20yrs in the Health and Wellness field, I believe and encourage my clients to incorporate massage as an alternative healing practice to promote their well-being, enhance overall health as well as relaxation for the mind, body, and soul. My goal is to listen to my client's needs and recommend the best techniques based on their specific needs, therefore I customized each session with therapeutic medical modalities such as Cupping, Strain/Counter-strain Trigger Point Release, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofacial Release along with many assisted tools to facilitate and achieve the best result for body healing and stress relief.
